Go here normally twice a year First time coming up this year in October due to covid 19.Can't wait to get there.Food excellent. Great friendly staff All in all my favourite place ever on holiday and i usually get around a lot.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The location was great, quite close to the beach and with lots of public parking places. The pool was very well maintained and cleaned. However, the room cleaning can be improved a bit and the cleaning staff can focus a bit more on other aspects (floor, toilet, sink, shower) and not just changing the towels.

Lo mejor de todo el personal, siempre muy amables. Y en general nuestra valoración es positiva en cuanto a calidad-precio. A mejorar las siguientes cuestiones: a pesar de haber muchos españoles el horario de las cenas se acababa a las 9:15 y a esa hora empezaban a recoger todo, por lo que o ibas antes o ya no te quedaban ni postres.... Es demasiado pronto. Al igual pasa con la piscina a las 7-7:30 es demasiado pronto para cerrar. Echamos en falta un cartel en la puerta para indicar a las limpiadoras cuando pueden pasar y cuando no, ya que un día nos entraron cuando estabamos durmiendo y otro cuando estabamos comiendo. En el buffet la calidad de la comida es muy baja. Salvando eso, el resto fue positivo, y nos dieron una habitación mejor de la pagada.

Muy buenas, decir que el trato del personal muy cordial en todo momento la comida con la situación del covid estaba bien, no es estilo buffet q nos hubiera gustado probar pero bueno, la situación es la que es. Buena situación del hotel. La única pega que pongo es la habitación con colchones ya un poco viejos. Un cordial saludo

Given the current climate the hotel could not do enough! Constantly cleaning and ensuring masks were worn when needed. Everything was well planned, set out and in place. Would recommend staying and would definitely go back.

Its Not worth go all-inclusive as u get wot is given at meal times with this fake covid carry on theres is no choice really but u can pick ur own pudding but not food it distant make sence and for snacks at pool u get a hotdog in a soup bun and I asked for cheesey chip but the said the got no cheese but the have When a asked for ham cheese Toasty it was the same with the Spanish omelette the not got it so basically u get hotdog normal chips for snacks and for drinks give u two small cups that makes up a pint but the will not give u a big cup that is a pint it’s a total waist ov time English women on pool bar was like Hitler but Spanish women top marks couldn’t do enough for you

just returned from a weeks stay and i didnt want to come home.The hotel is very clean,foods good and the staff are very friendly. entertainment is good and theres so much to do if you want to. this is my 2nd time at hotel columbus and im planning to come back in 2020

Really enjoyed our stay, food excellent,room very good, service excellent, entertainment very good, staff are outstanding , cleaning is some of the best I've ever seen, the only faults with this hotel are mostly caused by some of the other guest hogging sunbeds and chairs, there are not enough of either, the hotel needs a more robust attitude to people claiming sunbeds and not using them ,we had 6 sunbeds with towels next to us empty for 8 hours yesterday ,you know who you are , this is out of order, also there are not enough sunshades to go round, all in all a very good holiday , thanks Columbus

The Columbus Hotel is brilliant ! Lovely stuf, excellent food and pricing, the all inclusive services are amazing as you get a lot for the price.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone holidaying in Tenerife. Staff are very friendly and exceptionally attentive. This was our first holiday abroad an we have had an amazing experience. We will definitely be booking up again for next year an hopefully bringing our other family members along to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime. We would like to thank everyone involved in making this holiday amazing
